oil to fry-2cups
onion-1 cup (finely chopped)
green chilli-1 tsp spoon(finely chopped)
salt to taste
Recipe: soak dal,red mirch(whole),zeera for 2 hours.
make a very thick paste in the mixi
keep oil on the flame
in the mixture and chopped onion and green chili and salt to taste
shape them in vada with wet hands ,deep fry.
serve with coconut/mint chutney
