Mangalore Bajia

Ingredients:
1. All Purpose Flour -- 1 1/2 cups
2. Chopped Onions -- 3/4 th cup
3. Green Chilli -- 2 or less (chop it finely)
4. Plain Yogurt -- 1/2 cup (or more, if required)
5. Cornflour -- 1/2 tsp. (Optional)
6. Cayenne Pepper -- 1/4th tsp.
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except oil) and make it into a very thick batter.

2. Heat the oil for approx 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat. Add the batter in spoonfuls. Fry until golden brown. Eat with chutney or by itself.
