Masala Wada

Ingredients:
1. Chana daal -- 1 and 1/2 cups

2. Chopped onions -- 1 cup

3. Green chilli -- 2

4. Red Chilli -- 2

5. Salt to taste

6. Carrot (Grated) -- 1/2 cup

7. Curry leaves  (Chopped) -- 7

8. Mint leaves -- 2 tbsp

9. Grated coconut -- 3 tbsp

Method:

1. Soak chana daal in water for upto 3 hours.

2. Drain the water and grind with the chilli into a thick paste. The paste should be thick and rough.

3. Add onions, salt , curry leaves, carrots, mint leaves and coconut to the paste.

4. Make small balls and flatten it. Now, deep fry in oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
