Adai Dosa

Ingredients: (To Make : 12 approx.)

1. Chana Daal -- 1/2 Cup

2. Urad Daal -- 1/2 Cup

3. Moong Daal -- 1/2 Cup

4. Toor Daal -- 1/2 Cup

5. Rice -- 1 1/2 Cups

6. Onion -- 1

7. Red Chilli  -- 4

8. Hing -- 1/4 tsp.

9. Turmeric Powder -- 1/2 tsp.

10.Salt to taste

11. Cilantro leaves -- 1/2 Cup (chopped finely)

Method:

1. Soak ingredients 1,2,3,4 & 5 in water for 3 hours.

2. Grind all the ingredients (except cilantro leaves) into a rough paste .

3. Allow it to ferment for 3 hours.

4. Heat a skillet (tava). Spread a tsp of oil and pour about a cup of dosa batter using a rounded spoon. When it becomes golden brown, flip it over.

Note: Dosa looks like a pancake and is made similarly. Serve dosa with chutney and butter. It will be easier to make dosa if you have eaten it earlier or atleast if you know how it looks.
