Egg Chat

Ingredients:
1. Hard boiled Eggs -- 5
2. Chopped Onion -- 3/4th cup
3. Black Pepper Powder -- 1/2 tsp.
4. Cilantro leaves -- 1/4th cup (finely chopped)
5. Chat masala -- 3/4th tsp.

Method:
1. Cut the eggs into quarters. Spread on a plate. Mix the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle over the eggs.
