Batura

Ingredients: (To Make 6-8)

1. All Purpose Flour (Maida) -- 2 cups
2. Plain Yogurt -- 2 1/2 tbsp
3. Salt to taste.
4. A Pinch of baking soda.
5. Sugar -- 1 tsp
6. Oil for deep frying

Method:

1. Make a dough with the above ingredients (Can add water to make the dough). Allow it to ferment  for 8 hours. In winter, you may have to make the dough with lukewarm water.

2. Shape into round balls and roll it.

3.Deep fry in oil.
